At Brondals, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, our returns process is designed to be simple, transparent, and stress-free.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify, items must be:
- In new, unused condition
- Unworn, unwashed, and free of damage
- In the original packaging
- Returned with all included accessories (if applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Items that do not meet these requirements, or are received after the return window, may not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email info@brondals.com with the following:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos, if applicable (e.g., damaged or defective items)
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide:
- Instructions on how to prepare your item for return
- Details on the return address and shipping requirements
Important: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping label unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- No restocking fees apply.
- In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Brondals will cover the return or replacement shipping cost.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@brondals.com.
Please include:
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution—such as a replacement, refund, or exchange—at no extra cost.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, color, or product:
- Initiate a return for the original item.
- Place a new order for the desired item.
This ensures faster processing and availability.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been sent to our warehouse for processing. Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled—you will need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing typically takes up to 7 business days on our end.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.
Note: Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or the wrong product was sent.
Discounted & Final Sale Items
- Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added afterward.
- Refunds cannot be issued for unused or expired promo codes.
- Clearance, markdown, or final-sale items may not be eligible for returns unless defective.
