1. Shipping Availability

  • Current Shipping Locations: We ship worldwide!

2. Shipping Costs

  • Flat Rate (United States): $5.99 per order
  • Flat Rate (Rest of the World): $7.99 per order
  • Free Worldwide Shipping on Orders over $100

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.


3. Order Handling Time

  • Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Saturday).
  • Cut-Off Time: 4:00pm (EST).
  • Sunday Orders: Orders placed on Sunday will be processed the next business day.

Note: Handling time does not include transit time.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

Shipping Method: We use USPS, UPS, DHL & FedEx.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • You can track your order via our website using your tracking number.

6. Missing or Delayed Orders

If your package is missing or delayed, follow these steps:

  1. Report the issue within 7 days of expected delivery by emailing info@brondals.com with your order number.
  2. Resolution Options:
    • If lost or damaged: We will send a replacement or process a full refund.
    • If delayed by the carrier: We will assist in tracking your package but cannot control carrier delays.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Return Period: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
  • Return Conditions:
    • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
    • Personalized/custom products cannot be returned.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    • Brondals covers shipping if the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged.
    • Customer covers shipping for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
  • Refund Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the return is received.

8. Restocking Fees

No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees on returns.
